A British semi abstract landscape and figure painter, based in the Cotswolds. He enjoys disassembling the subject and creating a new vision. The art of seeing is fundamental to his work and his responds to his subject using mark-making, shapes, and colour. His use of colour can often be exciting, daring, but nonetheless very considered. 

Born in Malta, in1960, studied Fine Art and graduated from Winchester School of Art in 1983, a Post Grad Cert Ed study at the Birmingham Institute of Art & Design 1993, and taught Art for 24 years. He is now devoting his time to developing his own work in his studio in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, UK.
